Nova Health is a medical affairs consulting firm founded by physicians with more than 15 years of experience working inside pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organisations.

We have led Medical Affairs functions, built MSL teams from the ground up, navigated commercial-medical alignment challenges across regions, implemented global CRM platforms, and supported professionals through career transitions in markets from Portugal to China.

Our therapeutic area experience spans reproductive medicine, uro-oncology, and gastroenterology, across global and regional roles at director level.

We started this firm because we know what high-performing Medical Affairs looks like from the inside. And we know how rarely organisations and individuals get the experienced, focused support they need to reach it.
